I had an incredible collaboration with Indrė Novikaitė Butkė, who had this beautiful idea for Christmas gift hunt game for kids. She wrote whole story, created all exercises and I contributed by illustrating everything. So there are 12 envelopes with little stories about how Santa’s helpers ran away and Santa chase them to the house and started to follow their footsteps to find them. Naughty dwarfs left all kind of mess around the house and Santa went after them cleaning everything. Each story is hidden in different areas of the house and has a hint for further story sheet. In some envelopes there are exercises like crosswords, puzzle, etc. The idea is go through home, follow the story (where Santa and his helpers dwarfs have been) and in the end children will find that Santa and dwarfs ran away, but left their Christmas gifts.
At fist, I created the characters, then made some sketches for each story, Indrė and I discussed and decided which ones reflects the story best. These are final ones:

After all finishing touches the product came out awesome. Each child would get a Christmas passport (where they can write their name, draw self-portrait and mark their progress), folder (where they could put all story sheets), whole fun story in 12 envelopes, exercises pages, letter from Santa and of course – sticker sheet.
